Cookie Ridolfi


Cookie Ridolfi is on the faculty of Santa Clara Law School, where she was also the co-founder and Director of the Northern California Innocence Project. Cookie was also co-president of the Innocence Network and the lead researcher and co-author of Preventable Error, A Report on Prosecutorial Misconduct in California. From 2004-2008, she served on the California Commission on the Fair Administration of (Criminal) Justice, and, in 2010, she launched the VERITAS Initiative, a program committed to pursuing data-driven justice reform. Cookie has received numerous awards, including California Lawyer Magazine Attorney of the Year, Women Defenders Annual Award, and the ACLU’s Don Edwards Civil Liberties Award.
