Jenny Collier is a public interest attorney and consultant who provides strategic political, policy and advocacy consultation to public interest clients, including non-profits, foundations and elected officials. Since 1996, Jenny has advised government officials and policy makers on a wide range of health care and criminal justice issues, including federal appropriations as well as addiction, HIV/AIDS, Medicaid, juvenile justice, criminal justice, innocence, and reentry policy. Jenny has advised the Innocence Project on federal policy issues since 2009. Jenny has a law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she was Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of International Law and Trade, and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy from Yale University. She is a member of the Maryland Bar.
