Kimberly Davis is a death penalty abolition activist and the sister of Troy Davis, executed in Georgia in 2011 despite a world-wide outcry over his strong case of innocence. Kimberly is a board member of Murder Victims Families for Reconciliation, and travels the country talking about the death penalty. She has spoken at Georgetown University in Washington DC, University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and Lewis & Clark College in Oregon, among other venues. Kim volunteers with the National Black Leadership Initiative on Cancer Savannah Coalition and the Interracial Interfaith Community. She works at New Life Apostolic Temple in Savannah.
